It's an amazing restoration and renovation of an old, abandoned church building! Every year the owners add new landscaping and fun features, so there is always something new to discover.

Located on the Heartland/I-80 Wine Trail, it's between Des Moines (39 miles) and Iowa City (78 miles).

Four generations of the Van Wyk Family and several extended family members are involved in the yearly event activities, wine making, and operations of the winery. It's not uncommon to chat with family members during your visit.

Choose from over 40 wine blends, meads, dessert or sparkling wines in six sweet-to-dry categories. Also available for purchase are craft and imported beers, pre-mixed cocktails and no-alcohol beverages.

Our Bistro offers an array of charcuterie and small plate appetizers (while supplies last).
