Pineapple Sangria

Preparation:
Slice 1 ripe pinneapple into cubes and add 1/2 cup fruit per 1 cup Sky Pinneapple vodka. Place overnight into the freezer so the pinneapple juice can infuse into the vodka and the chunks become like ice cubes
Mixing:
Place 4-5 pinneapple chunks into each glass
Add < 1/4 cup of the pinneapple juice/pinneapple vodka (depending on taste preference)
Add 1/4 cup of Van Wijk Wine - White Dew Drops is what we used
Top off with additional pinneapple juice and Sierra Mist/diet Sierra Mist (or similar pop) to taste
Stir and enjoy!
