Opening in Spring of 2016!
Bed and breakfasts are lodging with a twist. They're typically found in historic homes, from Revolution-era townhouses to Queen Anne mansions to Craftsman bungalows. But B&Bs also occupy such nontraditional buildings as churches, colonial taverns, schoolhouses, Roaring '20s banks, Victorian lighthouses, and a panoply of other structures steeped in history and romance. In our case, the building was previously occupied by members of a church, and reinvented into a Winery that includes a Gift Shop, Art Gallery, Bistro, and Movie Theatre - and soon a B&B!
Our B&B wraps you in elegance and hospitality befitting an enriching lifestyle, and the bell tower suite stands as a prominent high-rise connecting you to nature, entertainment, culture, and much more. Feel the warmth of its plush spaces, thoughtfully decorated with classic opulence and views of the small rural community.
Imagine new private romantic rooms for two in a former church bell tower. A narrow Artistic Ironworks spiral staircase leads to the second level that features a lovely master bath with a two-person theraputic tub, french doors, and faux balcony. The third level features a bedroom and faux balcony with the patina of a cozy and heavenly semi-urban respite.
Share in the indulgence as an ideal blend of comforts comes together at Van Wijk Winery B&B. The luster of fine china, and the sparkle of silver. A fire crackles in the hearth located in the Winery Balcony where the rich scents of fresh latte and homemade cinnamon rolls waft up from the Bistro.
