Slice 1 ripe melon into chunks, and add it to 1 cup Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. Place overnight into the refrigerator so the melon juice can infuse into the rum and the melon is like ice cubes.
Place 4-5 melon slices into each wine glass
Add < 1/4 cup of the melon infused juice/rum (depending on taste preference)
Add 1/4 cup of Van Wijk Wine - Shining Arbor is what we used
Top off with additional Sierra Mist/diet Sierra Mist (or similar pop) to taste
Stir and enjoy!
