Appointment: Rental of Venue

So you have been researching event venues for your special occasion and would like to discuss whether or not Van Wijk Winery is on your list as a potential favorite. Be prepared to discuss a list of questions with our Event Consultant when you set up an appointment:

1. Phone Appointment:  Before you request an in-person consultation, there are fundamental things to verify on the phone like venue capacity, availability, restrictions, rental and service fees, and how many hours the rental covers.

2. In-Person Appointment:  Once you have verified the fundamentals, you are encouraged to set up an appointment to visit our winery on-site so you can see exactly what it's like.  Now is the time to confirm what is and is not included in the rental fee, services provided by the winery venue, vendor policies, deposit/cancellation/refund policies, parking, and ADA facilities.

Note: Only designated winery Event Consultants can answer questions about events at the winery or provide on-site tours.
