Wine tasting is first come, first served. There may be a short wait during busier times, but we always do our best to get to our guests as soon as they’re ready to taste!
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Please visit the “Menu” page on our website for a listing of our food and beverage options available for purchase in the tasting room.
Yes. We are child friendly and offer no-alcohol beverages and bottled water in our beverage options. Children of any age always need to be next to you and supervised at all times. Not only is it respectful to tasting room staff and your fellow visitors, but it also keeps your children safe.

Yes, we can accommodate guests with mobility needs but we kindly ask that you email us at info@vanwijkwinery.com or call (641) 594-3325 at least 48 hours before your reservation date so we can best accommodate you and your group.
Well-behaved, socialized, and leashed dogs are welcome to relax by your side on our outdoor Deck or Pergolas when the weather is nice. Please do not allow them on the furniture, and do not ask to bring them indoors. Cute bunny rabbits are likely to be a distraction.
Come well pre-pared with your own treats and supplies. So that other guests may enjoy the Wine Garden areas, please use the alley and public sidewalk/street areas to help your dog relieve itself.
Be aware of grapes as they are toxic to dogs. Please keep them away from the grapevines where fallen grapes may appear.
