Van Wijk Winery is hiring a Part-Time Tasting Room Assistant Manager to lead our tasting room team, elevate our guest service, and drive wine club engagement! We are looking for an organized, people-focused leader who loves crafting memorable moments for our guests and club members.

Position Details:

• Role: Part-Time Tasting Room Assistant Manager
• Pay: $15 – $17 / hour (depending on experience) + commission opportunities.
• Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, including weekends and special events.
• Qualifications: This role supports the Tasting Room Manager in leading staff, overseeing daily tasting room operations, driving wine sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate balances a warm, professional floor presence with sharp attention to administrative and operational logistics. Point of Sale knowledge is a plus, but wine experience is not necessary as we will teach you our way.
